DENHAM
The most western point of Australia…

The old pearling port of Denham is the most westerly town in Australia. It is now known for its prawns and for tourism. People travelling to the dolphin resort of Monkey Mia to the north often choose to stay in Denham. The Old Pearlers Restaurant is an interesting building built from coquina shell block. Take a trip to Francois Peron National Park where you will find Little Lagoon. A 4WD vehicle is recommended for travelling in the park, where you can bush camp at several sites.

Nanga Station, to the south of Denham, is a working sheep station which welcomes tourists. They offer caravan sites, bunkhouse, cabin, home unit and motel accommodation, a restaurant, liquor store and shop. Visitors to Denham will enjoy the relaxed lifestyle, the clean beaches, fishing from the jetty, swimming, boating and the local seafood restaurants. There is a resort, motels, hotels, holiday villas, cottages and caravan parks.

Locations
Denham is 833 kilometres north of Perth on the Peron Peninsula.
