BUCHAN
See the limestone caves…

Buchan is known primarily for its underground limestone caves and a tour through the beautiful caves is a must for tourists. Buchan Caves Reserve is a lovely picnic spot and has a camping ground, walking trail and native wildlife. Take a drive to nearby Snowy River national park for bushwalking, whitewater rafting, trail riding, abseiling or four wheel driving. There is a camping area at MacKillop's Bridge, from where you can walk the Silver Mine Walking Track.

Visit Victoria's deepest gorge, Little River Gorge, to see beautiful Little River Falls and the scenic lookouts. There is a black marble outcrop at Buchan South and gemstone collectors will be interested in visiting Stonehenge and the Black Marble Hut. In Buchan, stay in a motel, holiday apartment, lodge, caravan park or try camping.
