The Tasman Peninsula is a beautiful part of Tasmania to explore while visiting the historic site of Port Arthur. Eaglehawk Neck is the narrow isthmus of land at the entrance to the Peninsula and there are some amazing natural formations in the area. These include the tessellated pavement, the Blowhole, Tasman's Arch and the Devil's Kitchen. You can visit the little holiday township of Doo where the residents have all given their homes witty names.

The Tasmanian Devil Park at Taranna is a very popular tourist attraction which features Tasmanian Devils, a raptor show, nocturnal wildlife and more. The Tasman National Park to the south has magnificent coastal cliffs and spectacular walks. Detour through the Wielangta Forest Drive to experience the local scenery. Visit the local galleries, restaurants and cafes to sample the local produce. Accommodation is offered in the settlement areas and there is a wide variety of choices to suit every budget.
